This is so easy even I can do it.

Throw a lb or 2 of lean hamburg into a large frying pan. Cook until ready... about 30-40 minutes. Add half a jar of salsa sauce and stir through the hamburg for about 5 minutes.

While you have that cookiing cut a bunch of cauliflower flowerettes and place on a cookie sheet. Drissel with olive oil and season to taste. I like to use black pepper only. Cover with tinfoil. Place in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes.

When all is cooked spoon your cauliflower onto your plate then heap the meat sauce on top.

Serve with a salad and a glass of Merlot cabernet.
