Anything I can do to get rid of my cracking joints?

    Primal Fuel
No it's not painful. It never is. Just really really annoying. It distracts me from working out hard.

It happens everyday too. Does anyone know of anything I can take? Thank you.

I don't know, I'm a crackler, too! Especially overhead press. Up snap, down snap, up snap, down snap... Curious about answers!

Eat lots of gelatin. My knees used to make that annoying cracking noise all the time, even while walking. Now it's almost gone.

Yeap, with about 3 T collagen hydrosylate (gelatin that doesn't gel) a day for the past couple of months, my knee rarely cracks anymore.

What the heck is gelatin anyhow? It's the rubbery stuff that connects bones? Are there different kinds; cow gelatin, pig gelatin, horse gelatin?

I agree. I eat (drink) a lot of gelatin and my back and neck chronic pain is way reduced.

    No that's cartridge.
I don't know if gelatine varies that much from animal to animal. It's extracted from the bones while making bone broth.

What I don't understand is how eating the protein from connective tissue has a direct impact on a person's own connective tissue. The protein is broken down into its individual amino acids in the gut. If it passed into the blood stream as a whole protein, that would be a "leaky gut". So how does your body know what kind of protein you've eaten and why does it promote the regeneration of your own connective tissue?
