I stopped all vegitable oils ('cept olive oil for dresssings) last year around January. Used nothing but coconut oil since then. I get it by the gallon from Nutiva online (can't beat the free shipping). I cook everything with it. It's great for cooking eggs. IF I make a shake-like thing, I use coconut milk and coconut oil instead of milk, then add a few raw eggs. I get at least 3-4 tablespoons a day, even if I have to take it like medicine with a spoon!
