Sleep and coconut fat
Last night I had a terrible night sleep after having eaten a coconut cream based curry. I think it might have happened before when I've had fruit and coconut cream for dessert. This made me remember and article on MCT's suggesting it might over-stimuate.

Does anyone else have any experiences or advice about this? I'm not a good sleeper, so I'm trying very hard to get everything in order!
The only time I've ever noticed an almost odd surge in energy is when I drink really fresh bone broth. Sometimes my face even flushes a little. So, I figure I shouldn't drink it right before bed.
Some people here advise getting most of your carbs toward the end of the day to help sleep. A whey protein shake knocks me right out at night.
