Maybe it's a state-by-state thing? Here, you go to any pharmacy, ask if they have it. They might give you the option for generic or name-brand (there are a couple: one is one pill; the other is two pills, taken 12 hrs apart). You might have to give an ID for proof of age (16+, I believe). It's around $50, though I've gotten it for around $40 in the past (probably generic). That's it.

    Interesting visual

Would you like a string around your boned ham?

Eek. Well, honestly... I suspect I'm one of those women who'll hit 38 and decide I want a sprog. Sterilisation is difficult to reverse.

I can be um... clingy. So withdrawal wasn't a safe option for us. You have to be able to withdraw :-P.

The copper IUD works by inflaming the lining of the uterus, making it an inhospitable environment for sperm. If an egg is fertilized, it can't stick to the lining. They're highly effective, but like most forms of birth control that aren't just manual control (what I would consider "natural planning", utilizes no foreign object/substance directly to prevent pregnancy), there are still risks and they can be very bad if you are one of those 1%.
If you only knew how many times I took the morning after pill... It's probably a large reason I became Oestrogen dominant. I've also done more than 30 pregnancy tests... #paranoid.

Withdrawal isnt so bad... it's kind of kinky Just not all the time.

This would emphasize high protein, low unsaturated fats, low iron, and high antioxidant consumption, with a moderate or low starch consumption.

In practice, this means that a major part of the diet should be milk, cheese, eggs, shellfish, fruits and coconut oil, with vitamin E and salt as the safest supplements."

Gotcha. You're not so sure about the motherhood thing.

are you taking temps, YB? i did when i first started but quickly relaxed it was pointless for prevention of pregnancy bc by the time you wait for the spike of ovulation, you could already be pg. so i monitored cervical mucous only. highly effective for me. (yes, yes we had that one mishap, but it was my third pregnancy and we were planning on 4-5 anyway so it wasn't a big deal…but before and after that pregnancy, monitoring cervical mucous was perfect for us.) for me, as soon as my CM changed a week-week and a half after my period ended, i knew i would ovulate 5-7 days later. you can conceive if you continue to do the deed during this week, so i labeled this week 'danger week' and we abstained plus 3 days after ovulation.

I'm 100% sure I dont want to be a mother before the age of 38. Whether the maternal instinct kicks in after that remains to be seen

I agree - I think temp is useful if you are trying to conceive, as it gives confirmation of ovulation. I'm monitoring lots of things - mucus, mood, cravings... My body is still a little crazy as I'm recovering from Oestrogen dominance so I should probably tread lightly with this.

The wife and I have been doing the withdraw method going on 4 years and no slip ups.

Plus, I have almost perfected another way of signing my name.

If you're perpetuating the propaganda about pre-cum contains sperm, I challenge you to a duel of google-fu. Challenge: You can't use anything that makes claims in lieu of data from any type of public health administration.
