I ate quinoa flour biscuits!
I was looking for an alternative to bread to bake for hubby, in my efforts to wean him off bread. After looking at options, I found quinoa flour and made biscuits which he likes. I tasted one and liked it as well so I had another. No distress yet but I do have rumbling in my tummy. Has anyone tried quinoa flour for baking? Better yet, is there a better alternative? Coconut flour and nut flours I have already tried but hubby does not care for them.
