Thank you so much for the great information and links. I will be adding coconut oil and checking out the links you provided!!! It seems that most everyone agrees to more protein and fat and more time between meals. That should be pretty easy to do and could be the missing link to weight loss.
I got used to eating frequent smaller meals following the SAD diet and didn't think about it when switching to Primal. It makes sense, no more grazing.
I have had huge improvements from doing Yoga. I went from having daily back pain to none or nearly none. Yahoo!
