Is there a good bacon without sugar?

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
Does anyone know of a good, sugar-free (and nitrate-free) brand of bacon on the market?

My local organic, GF butcher's bacon has sugar and everything I see in my local HF grocery does too. Am I missing something?

    thanks!

I had a similar post a year or so ago, was mercilessly flamed for being unable to find sugar-free bacon... glad to see someone else has the same issue.

US Wellness Meats has pork and beef bacon. Both are nitrate and sugar free. And they use sea salt.

Trader Joes has uncured bacon with no sugar or nitrate. Why does the sugar matter? You think a few grams of sugar in a serving of bacon is going to hurt you?

Their bacon is rarely in stock though heh. The ends are often in but are kinda meh.

I don't eat white sugar (or most any other sugar), period. If I do, I consider it a cheat. I would not eat bacon made with white sugar on a Whole 30.
