When I go to thanksgiving, I sometimes eat the meat. All of it. Seconds and thirds of turkey and more turkey. But many Thanksgiving foods are perfectly Primal! I just don't want to waste stomach space that could have held meat.... So eat whatever you want. You can even just put the bad food on your plate and leave it there for the trash, people seem to like that. I find it awful, but that's the hungry poor kid talking,
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
