Gearing up for a whole30 in January... Start off the new year as healthy as possible. Will be going skiing in a couple weeks so sticking to it will be a challenge, but I'm up for it. So excited for skiing!
Missed crossfit a few times the past couple weeks since I'm orienting at week and working long hours. Hopefully my schedule adjusts before school starts. Heading to the gym in a few for leg day. Previously did a bodyweight set of back squats for 5 reps. So excited! Hopefully I can increase today.
Food has not been so primal lately. Lots of cookies and sweet potato casseroles to eat up before January starts.
