    I would love to help but I have two jobs and two small kids. I would like to see how much interest there is first but it could work

    I organized a convention a few weeks ago... it's so stressful and tiring that I don't want to go through that again.
    I'm hoping Mark and his crew will realize that Europe is a nice location to throw a Primal-con as well. Or maybe somebody knows an organization who does that already.

    I'm no European, but you could ask Dr. Andreas Eenfeldt if he's ever organized a LCHF convention of sorts. I know not everyone is LCHF (low carb, high fat) but he seems like the guy to ask.
