Does anyone have any recommendations for my rotation schedule? The PHD became challenging on the 5th day (yesterday). At first I was thinking I could do 6 days on PHD and then 6 days on Primal lower fat/carb. Should I do the same number of days for each? Do you think I should try for max 5 days, or 4, on the PHD?
