After not pooping for almost three days, even though I've not been terribly strict (my potatoes are mixed with steak and eggs and now pot roast and broccoli from MIL dinner), I think I will have to start eating very small amounts (butt-sized) of potatoes and call this a fast. I've only passed a few extremely firm, dry stones and my large intestine hurts a lot. So I've taken way too much magnesium, some baking soda, and now I'm eating chocolate to cause diarrhea to load the cannon. Wish me luck.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
