I don't know if I am just a weirdo or what, but I am actually really enjoying this. I stayed up late and read through the entire thread last night. Lots of great info here & I thank you all. Funny how making my diet completely "boring" has actually *reduced* my stress about food, and brought me some much-needed excitement in the kitchen. I looked through the link to the 88-page potato book last night, and I really want to read the entire thing. It's beautiful. I am off to boil some potatoes now -- something I have never done in all my 34 years.
