Diet Tips from 100 Years Ago...

    Primal Fuel
I stumbled upon this on the inter-web and thought I would share. As a woman, it made me giggle as I know this is extremely ridiculous, but it also made me feel sorry for all of those poor corset wearing women who were not able to achieve the then feminine ideal (which is larger than today's feminine ideal, I do believe). At least nowadays we aren't expected to wear the corset. Enjoy/be horrified

    Lol!

Makes me wonder how ridiculous our current diet knowledge will seem in 100 years.

Who says back fat is a bad thing? Maybe on a hairy guy at the beach, but not on a crab.

I had the same thought. And no wonder we have grown increasingly fat; it has been one bad advice to another until we have no idea what to do.

I'm rolling on the floor...laughing my arse off at this advice.

Though maybe I should be worried about spontaneous combustion from all the fresh air I'm taking in.

I always knew I had a loaded tongue. That was my problem the whole time.
I find your lack of bacon disturbing.

    Also, check for loose busts.
