    Those are the three that show up most often in my "recent foods" on MFP. Used to be coconut milk but I have cut way down and like that better.

    Spinach is probably up there, too, four to six days a week.

    Beef, poultry, lamb, and various fish show up daily but I do try to vary them so none fits the OP's definition of a staple.

    Those are my preferred plant foods, and the rest of my diet is basically red meat as lean as I can get it. I'd eat seafood more if I could afford it. I don't do canned.

    Salsa - can my own, but ran out so store bought. Will make more next season.

    Eat these 3 things every day, other things vary. Couldn't eat broccoli/cauliflower for almost 20 years after having my gallbladder out, but have had it off and on over the last week and have had no problems. woohoo...might have to make it a staple.

    eggs (esp yolk - at least 2/day)
    coffee
    coconut oil
    greens (usually mixed greens or kale)

    vary protein daily but these i have every day
