I have used it with some success in some of my clients. It doesn't seem to eliminate gulten problems in non celiacs (or celiacs for that matter) though. But I have seen it help with dairy, egg, and fructose allergies. Taking a digestive enzyme can help with food allergies as well, by making the proteins smaller. Large proteins from undigested foods are the number one cause of food allergies for most people.
My book Fix Your Gut is available on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/Fix-Your-Gut-D...s=fix+your+gut. The book price is $9.99.

Also, I have a fundraiser for my new book Fix Your Mitochondria: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/f...ergy/x/3599154. Please donate if you can.

I did it for food intolerances. It did not help me at all.
Using low lectin/nightshade free primal to control autoimmune arthritis. (And lost 50 lbs along the way )

I do it but not on a 4day rotation.
Usually a 2-3 day split but on things like tomatoes chicken & cooking oils .
I do it with food intolerances from alcat test.

Don't get bloated anymore and less wind better digestion

Ryan- do you have any particular method for keeping track of what you are eating, when? Right now I am tending towards an enormous chart with color-coded post-its.

    Yeah in my head .
    I'm not 100% strict , but I know / remember what I had 3days ago Etc.
If your not that good make a food plan or keep a diary perhaps.
I did find it hard to rotate my fats , and had severe intolerance to coconut / beef almond / avocado & chocolate .

But in general I think it's good plus makes you focus on a variety & rotational of veg / protein etc
