    Yeah, sex can be pretty good exercise if doing it right; so get rid of those blankets and get out of the bed! Do it with him standing and her riding him, both ways, in a chair, over the writing table, on the beach, in the water, and your heart frequency and calorie burning will spike…

    For me, you haven't lived until you have had sex in the middle of the woods, no blankets involved.....last time it was 80 degrees outside and started raining on us, downpour.

    And people think 50 shades is hot. Boring.

    Not sure what kind of boring old-people sex you're into, but when I get lucky, it includes a light (or extended) warm-up with some dynamic stretching for both of us, a few heavy carries and/or partner flips for strength work (obviously I'm the one doing most of the picking up and tossing about), and some high intensity intervals on both our parts. It's not friggin programmed, it's just what able, healthy bodies naturally do when secksie times happen. At least that's been my n=1.

    Do you use dynamic stretching videos or do you have posters...
