    EAT VEG. theres not that many carbs in veg at all realy, especially raw veg in fresh salads.

    Thanks guys! I've been eating a lot of lamb and brisket lately but have been on-the-go so just didn't get the leafy veggies that I usually do, I think. I got responsible yesterday, though
