    Can u drop-in in ymca for a use of the gym?

    Primal Fuel
    I want to use the free weights gym TODAY bec I had 2 days holiday from school and that is where I train and its nt open in the weekends and there is thanksgiving and EID so that is five days nt training!!!
    Anyone have any clue about this and how much it costs?

    The YMCA near me doesn't allow drop-ins, though some other gyms do. Why not take the 5 days as a rest period and enjoy the holidays, especially if you've been going full-bore for a while?

    I havent thought of that , mabye ill have it as sort of a recovery week. Yest I didnt do anything and went out with my family mabye today ill go for a run or something thanx for the advice!
