I have never used it until recently. I find that it does not make me feel good. At first I got a mix of whey protein concentrate and isolate so that appeared to be the reason for the bad gas I was having. So I got whey protein isolate only and I still don't feel very good. I think there are healthier things to eat and unless all this added protein actually helps me in some way, I will discontinue the whey.
