    Must...render...their lard!
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

Yeah, there are women who you and I probably don't find attractive who are strong. Holley Mangold is another example. I don't think that's really relevant to the topic at hand though, do you, Gorbs? Are you trying to encourage women to stay weak and frail for fear of waking up at 350 lbs one morning?

Some women (just like men) will go into professional sports that will deform their bodies to extremes, by muscular hypertrophy, by near-death BF levels, by endless injuries. That doesn't mean that a gal that goes and lifts 2x-3x a week is going to develop all the negative aspect of what ultimate devotion is going to bring. Luckily, unlike fat depositions, it is easy to control the muscular size changes downwards. If the overgrowth that a gal doesn't like occurs (which is a relatively rare phenomenon on the upper body and more common on the quad), switching up the exercise to reduce the muscle is not that difficult.

Trust me, I was doing everything i could to make the deltoid larger, and got a no go. Quads and traps did grow.

Being strong or more accurate; lifting heavy is a relative irrelevant parameter to being healthy or looking good! As usual; striking a healthy balance works best for most people. A drugged up powerlifter woman that looks like a man is just as appealing to me as a Sumo wrestling woman or a she-male bodybuilder...

That reminds me of a Chinese tale where a fat general was killed and overthrown, and the soldiers stuck a wick in the general because it was a cold winter, and the heat lasted many days.

Seriously, there is more to life for some women than looking sexy. If someone wants to be a sumo lifter or a heavyweight lifter or whatever LET THEM. If they ask you if you find them attractive, fine, be honest. But otherwise keep your thoughts to yourself. Maybe these women would rather attain athletic achievements then be considered sex symbols.

That's a fucking asshole comment too. Fucking asshole comments like that are why women don't work out, puke up their food and starve themselves.
