I recently discovered a new free fitness website http://hasfit.com/ i was looking for some feedback from people with a bit more fitness knowledge than me. The workouts seem to focus on the short high intensity that mark recommends, but what do people think of like the 90 day warrior program. I understand that in theory the best plan is probably PB Fitness but I found I was struggling to stay motivated and make progress on PB fitness. I was looking for a free video workout that changes it up on a pretty regular basis and found HASfit. So I was wondering if this will give me some of the same benefits as PB Fitness (stronger, prepared for all around play)?
