Baby if you time travel back far enough you can avoid that work because the dust won't be there. You're too pretty to be working that hard.

Well, isn't that the foundation for Paleo? It certainly isn't how I eat, I believe agriculture was when our intelligence really evolved from all the readily available glucose for consumption. From there, I just tweak according to what food I find healthy, and I don't stress about the small stuff.

A good and solid point and in some remote places they may still eat each others! Personally I am glad that cannibalism is mostly in the past, and not every ancient way of life, even if considered "primal" was good...

    I've tried it all

    Veganism,
    the Zone,
    paleo/primal,
    blood type, and
    SAD-

all horrible and either made me hungry, gain weight, tired, break out, lose hair, be unable to sleep, feel strange, etc. In 2011 after 10 years semi-primal/blood-typeish I declared every day to be a "partial sick day".

Ray Peat is the hardest to learn and understand but most effective and least crazy. I've never gone to the bathroom more than twice a day in my ilfe, till this WOE.

Is that a good thing or a bad thing?
Disclaimer: I eat 'meat and vegetables' ala Primal, although I don't agree with the carb curve. I like Perfect Health Diet and WAPF Lactofermentation a lot.

TQP: I find for me that nutrition is much more important than what I do in the gym.
    bloodorchid is always right
