    Listening to RichM and doing some gentle squats for my pulled hammy. Hammie. Whatevs.

    Squats
    warm-up: 1*10 at 15kg
    1*5 at 35kg ...too high, couldnt get to 15
    2*15 at 25kg
    - actually pretty happy how that turned out!

    Deadlifts
    warm-up: 1*10 at 15kg
    3*5 at 35kg

    ChinUps (assisted)
    warm-up: 10 at 36kg
    3*10 at 32kg

    Press-ups
    3*11

    5*5 at 35kg

    Deadlifts
    forgot to warm-up
    3*5 at 45kg

    ChinUps (assisted)
    warm-up: 10 at 36kg
    3*10 at 32kg

    Earth-downs
    3*11

    1.5hrs of hot yoga.

    Lots of bacon and eggs for brunch and then dinner.
    Win!

    Fri 22: NADA
    Sat 23: 30min run, walking
    Sun 24: weights and yoga! Woo.
    Mon 25: no idea...? Amnesia strikes
    Tues 26: touch rugby
    Wed 27: book and bath and BED

    Thurs 28

    Warm up: 5min jog.

    Squats
    warm-up: 1*10 at 15kg
    3*5 at 40kg YAY!

    Deadlifts
    warm-up: 1*10 at 15kg
    3*5 at 47.5kg YAY!

    ChinUps (assisted)
    warm-up: 10 at 32kg
    2*10 at 27kg
    1*9 at 32kg YAY!

    Press-ups
    3*11 - using new technique, MUCH harder
