How to make chicken stock without crockpot?
I plan to make a whole chicken in a few days, and I'd like to save the carcass to make stock. The problem is, I don't have a crockpot (I'm looking to get one, hopefully next time I make chicken after this, I'll have it), so how can I make it? I do however have a pressure cooker, and just about every size pot you can imagine. What's the best way to go about this? And while I'm on the topic, how long after I clean the meat off the carcass should I wait to start making the stock?
pressure cooker, the whole way.. throw the carcass in there and pressure you up some stock in no time flat.
oh, and you can make stock immediately, or do what i do and freeze the carcass for stock-making time
