This would emphasize high protein, low unsaturated fats, low iron, and high antioxidant consumption, with a moderate or low starch consumption.

In practice, this means that a major part of the diet should be milk, cheese, eggs, shellfish, fruits and coconut oil, with vitamin E and salt as the safest supplements."

I made a twerk video to music, regular booty poppin and twerking with a wall twerk at the end and it cannot be posted on the Internet. It is straight up pornographic.

It was also not as "low impact" for my broken toe as required so now I'm just laying around until I get a boot or some crutches to get around. The pain is astonishing. The impact on my ability to walk, let alone dance is even more astonishing. I literally stretch, move, dance, yoga and invert all day every day. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO NOW The Internet says 6 weeks to heal.

Whuut. That video doesn't sound pornographic! If it does, then I guess I won't post a bellydance-reggaeton mix vid...
