Tallow, coconut products and butter are great fats, and easy to add to everything! Fish (polyunsaturated fats) might not be as bad for you as some suggest, but saturated fat is clearly superior and safer. I get 50 to 70 percent of my daily calories from fat most of the time. Added muscle to my body and lost body fat that way, eating fat doesn't make you fat! And yes, if fat is too low, pooping gets difficult.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
