Thanks dude. It's afternoon here in London town - beautiful day for once!

Btw, if anyone likes any of the cartoons I posted, you can see more of them here: Dharma Comics I'm not affiliated with this site: just loving the positive vibes
"I think the basic anti-aging diet is also the best diet for prevention and treatment of diabetes, scleroderma, and the various "connective tissue diseases." This would emphasize high protein, low unsaturated fats, low iron, and high antioxidant consumption, with a moderate or low starch consumption.

In practice, this means that a major part of the diet should be milk, cheese, eggs, shellfish, fruits and coconut oil, with vitamin E and salt as the safest supplements."

This question is not specific enough. I find many things interesting. What of this Glucose and sucrose for diabetes. He just goes on and on like a fireside shaman.

What is unclear to you? I find it all easy to understand even as a laywoman.

As a layman, I question every scientist as if he were a salesman. I know Peat isn't selling anything, but this writing is not scientific OR artistic. It's almost like he's about to paint a picture, to make a point and wrap the thing up, but instead it just peters out. I don't get it. He didn't SAY anything.

I find it to be descriptive, not prescriptive. Many look for a complete step-by-step blueprint from their teachers, but that's not what Peat has to offer. What is it that you feel is missing from his writing? I think he says a lot, actually.

Eh, the Peatards just use this place as a coffee klatch, them keyboard jockeying the newbs is annoying though. Eventually they'll get purged or wander off.
