Yup..lift heavy stuff. Even body weight exercises would be good for you. Google youtube stuff for examples.

No to sound to shrinky, but at 120 I'm sure you look great! Try looking at yourself as a whole and not picking at your tiny imperfections. Show yourself some love and acceptance! You have already achieved so much! Be happy! 😃
If you are new-ish to weights and working out I recommend Jillian michaels--30 day shred is a good one. Sometimes the weight room can be intimidating and JM is a nice way to begin building strength.
Also springing for a couple training sessions could be worthwhile. Someone to show you good form.

You're beautiful at 120. You'd be beautiful at 220. When all is said and done, what you look like matters about as much as a fart in the wind.
If you want more muscle, lift heavy things. If you're never going to be happy with how you look, might as well indulge in a candy bar.
Letting the culture, whether that culture is CW, or the bros that dominate the paleo/primal world tell you what is beautiful is a cop out. Define beauty for yourself. F*** everyone else.

5'0" female, 42 years old. Started Primal October 31, 2011, at a skinny fat 111.5 lbs. Low weight: 99.5 lb on a fast. Current weight: 109 lbs because of travel.
MY PRIMAL: I (try to) follow by-the-book primal as advocated by Mark Sisson, except for whey powder and a bit of cream. I aim for 80-90 g carb/day and advocate a two-month strict adjustment for newbies. But everybody is different and other need to tweak Primal to their own needs.
