I've looked, but the only app I found to be useful for integrating my Paleo/ Primal lifestyle are the following apps for my iPhone:
1. Whole Foods 'Recipes' (has a gluten-free recipe filter. It's not extensive, but I made one nice dish from it).
2. Body Fitness - I can log my activities and search for basic exercises.
Anyone else have any ideas or additional suggestions?

I use DailyBurn to keep track of carbs. They have a pretty large database of foods to search for.. more so than other apps I've used.
View all problems as challenges. Look upon negativities that arise as opportunities to learn and to grow. Don't run from them, condemn yourself, or bury your burden in saintly silence. You have a problem? Great. More grist for the mill. Rejoice, dive in, and investigate.

I ultimately ditched FitDay when I found more options and customization through DailyBurn. Not only can you find exercises, you can find entire workouts like P90x, CrossFit WOD's and just about any other workout. It allows you to track everything as designed in the workout and it has video's so you can see how to do an exercise if you don't understand. All from your iPhone. It incorporates your eating as well and includes grass-fed meat nutrient information, which FitDay did not. It also has a cool bar code scanner that uploads information from almost any food that has a bar code.
Daily Burn is more intuitive than FitDay and it is more encompassing and adaptable for a primal lifestyle tracking device. I keep searching for Primal exercise, but nobody has added those workouts yet...lol.
