Sudden development of Rheumatoid Arthritis after switching to primal...

    Primal Fuel
    I'm quite speechless...and very upset.
Just back from the visit with a consultant/specialist no. 4 and it looks like I have developed Rheumatoid Arthritis...
What I thought was a wrist injury looks more serious now. It has been bothering me for a while now and at the beginning I connected it to a change in the way I work out, but for past 3-4 weeks I've not been able to sleep due to pain. It has got progressively worse...
Of course everyone is trying to blame my new diet now... I'm absolutely gutted!

Sometimes I think my body just hates me, or it hates being fit, active, well nourished and healthy! It's like I'm being punished for doing right thing...

Is there any specific primal/paleo diet for Rheumatoid Arthritis?
I know I should exclude nightshades, nuts and seeds from my diet, anything else?
Is there any food i should definitely include to reduce inflammation?
I can't find much useful information, so would appreciate any pointers and advice.

    Thanks

    Kasia
