Tried search function but I guess I suck at it because didn't find anything.

Google gave me name for it ''pork flitch''. It is not lard but pig meat with a lot of fat, basically it's almost all fat with little protein if at all. I got it from farmer so it is not from shop. Is it good to eat?

Depends on your definition of primal. Pigs are livestock breed, not the same as in the wild, so technically nothing off of a pig is really "primal".

But if it fits your calorie and macro goals, enjoy away!

Try the search function from the site's front page, not the forum.
