I ramped up, was going hard - then RAIN

What do you do when suddenly your routine is sliced in the jugular by rain? My running, sprinting and bicycling are in limbo! Do you just go out and plan to freeze to death and then catch a shower when you get back? I tried riding in the rain last year and my hands went numb, I barely made it home.

we have nasty weather here too. i got myself a decent hunting jacket and mtb gloves. hunting gear is good as it is designed to move in. i dont cycle but i do walk and run. i just throw the jacket on and go and have a shower when i get home.

I never let rain stop me but the climate is much milder here is the Bay Area, but a good rain jacket and waterproof gloves will do wonders.

Well to his defense, the weather HAS been nasty lately. If he was out running on Saturday, the wind would have carried him wherever he wanted to go.

I go to the gym when it's icky outside
