Do you turn the excess into heat?
I'm not really up for this debate, and don't have any real interest in it, just an observation:
I don't seem to be capable of eating enough food to make my abs go away. Even averaging 5,000+ calories/day for extended periods doesn't do it. So something happens there. I just don't know what. Yes, I'm a lucky bastard. My metabolism is the Seal Team Six of metabolisms or something.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
