I think I've gained weight already. Which is odd, because I haven't been eating *that much* (admittedly it is all junk, but there's literally nothing I can do. Set meal plans and we're not allowed to buy our own food) and I've been skiing 5 hours per day. Gluten bloat? Water weight?

I know it's easy for me to say this and probably doesn't come off as comforting but girl, you're on holiday in a foreign country!!! How often does that happen? Just enjoy yourself, bloat is a part of life anyway ( for me at least). Hope you aren't stressin too much.

Enjoy our American junk, try Mexican food if you can (idk about England but good Mexican food doesn't exist in Europe), ski your heart out and please post deets sometime if you get the chance!

You're right, margalott never worried, just accepted it as more of an unfortunate inevitability. Besides, 'Murica. 'Murican food. Who cares?
