    My latest creation since I am working like a crazy person is:

    Get two pounds of ground turkey thigh. Saute and break up in a large pan w. ghee or chicken fat. Once mostly cooked toss in two bags of organic frozen vegetable mix and about 1 1/2 cups chicken broth. Cover pan and simmer until veggies are tender and meat is cooked, about 5-7 minutes.Season with sage, salt & pepper. Lastly stir in a can of organic pumpkin to make a sort of stew. Serve with steamed cauliflower or eat as is.

    Oh and if you eat dairy a couple cans of smoked oysters in olive oil eaten on slices of cheese.

    Simply throwing a piece of salmon in the broiler is one of my favorite!!

    Huevos pericos. Fry up some green onions in your fat of choice, dump in some beaten eggs and cook til nearly finished. Toss in halved cherry tomatoes. Ta-da.

    My fav 15 min meal?

    3-4 eggs, scrambled up with spinach, spring onion, garlic, tomato, and mixed peppers. Add tumeric and a pinch of cinnamon and pinch of black sesame seeds. Lots of black pepper. Salt to taste.

    Edit: sometimes I use two eggs and a handful of mince.
