Would this be considered a lot of food?

    Primal Fuel
    6 100 gram sausages
    6 whole eggs
    1/2 cup of almonds
    1 L fruit smoothie
    1 cup blueberries
    handful of chopped onion/mushrooms
    1/2 cup of salsa
    1-2 tbsp coconut oil

    I'm 5'7 154 lbs ~9% bf

I'm doing a modified warrior diet where i fast with water for 20-22 hrs during the day and eat my big meal after my workout in the evening. So far i'm seeing good results from it. My strength has gone up and i've lost about 6 or 7 lbs which i'm guessing is mostly water with maybe a pound or 2 of fat.

how do you guys feel about the fruit smoothies?

the one i bought was a mix of puree and juice, it was like a thick sludge but still tasted pretty good, no added sugar either.

pretty high carb though, like 130 grams for the whole thing

    :O

I would recommend adding some veggies as you'll get a lot of valuable nutrients. 130 g of carbs in a smoothie is a lot, it would put me into sugar shock, but that's me.

If it works for you... I would try eating more of something else besides the fruit smoothie. Maybe replace it with some vegetables or something. Put raw spinach in the pan with grease before you cook the eggs and just mix the eggs in. Yum :-)

It doesn't sound like that much especially if that's the only meal you are eating. Depends on your goals, though. I eat that much just for breakfast sometimes, but I'm not trying to lose any weight either.
