Veggie hash with ground beef topped with eggs. I use all kinds of veggies like onions, winter squash, chayote squash, turnips, beets, or mix of any of them. You have to eat a ton of eggs to get enough protein IMO as they have more fat calories than protein so I always like to pair my eggs with a couple oz of meat.

Ok, DennyB, those muffins look amazing. I'm sure I could attempt them just to see how they taste. And @Derpamix , how do you make protein potato soup??

They are super easy to make, don't be afraid to add some 90% dark chocolate either!

Kippers. Fish protein. XD But I warn you, they are an acquired taste.

Get the frozen Kirkland Signature Turkey burgers at Costco. Super clean ingredient list (White meat turkey, salt, rosemary extract) and only $11 for about 3 lbs of meat. They cook up just like a sausage patty but are low fat and a protein bomb (at least 30 grams each). I've been using these for breakfast and they really help with appetite control. I also use them post workout for protein instead of a protein shake. They're also great with sauerkraut.
