How much protein on average do you eat a day?

I'm 160 lbs and on workout days I get around 170g and on off days I stay around 120g. What about?

I honestly don't count. It would be too time consuming to weigh everything and count it all.
I try to eat what makes my body happy.
Today I'll have a lot of protein. I have egg pie with veggetables and fish for dinner, pancakes for breakfast and mini meat loaf for lunch... so I'm sure I eat enough protein today to last me a few days...

Usually something like a pound of chicken hearts, or a half-pound of steak and 4 to 6 eggs, or similar. I was eating a pound of liver at once, but the last time I ate more like only 1/2 pound with some cod and it was great.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

I am trying to get to 200/day (I am 210lbs)

    Hit 163gm today.

    Protein Shake for breakfast
    Grilled chicken salad for lunch
    Buffalo Beef Stick after lunch
    Protein Shake post workout
8oz of Roast Lamb for Dinner w/Sweet potato
    Protein Bar evening
1/4 cup Macadamia nuts late night.

Going for Bacon/Eggs tomorrow, and adding more chicken at lunch.

Having a hard time getting to 200, and keeping carbs at about 100, trying to get down to 190lbs (6'1")

It's really not that hard for me. 32oz of lowfat cottage cheese is already 112g, plus 64g more coming from 8 packets of gelatin is 176. Rest is just some meat, oysters, eggs, and milk, and I easily get up to 250g+

    I only weigh 150lbs though(now less)

I've only got the Knox Gelatin, which is 2g of protein per pack (I think they are tablespoon servings). Are the packs you get bigger, or more potent?

my packets say 2g/serving with 4 servings in a packet. read yours again .... unless you really do have super small packets.

Anywhere from 130g to 180g of protein, depending on what tastes good (beef and pork mostly, sometimes fish, rarely chicken).
Usually under 50 g carbs, always veggies (i don't like fruit), but don't limit them, they just end up there.
Around 60-80 grams of fat on most days.
I don't work out as hard as most of you, it sounds like--but lift heavy 2x/week and yoga 2x week (not the same days).

Thanks. Yes, that's the same - 2g per sachet, 4 sachets in a box. So Derp is having the equivalent of 8 boxes a day?! That would cost me about $21!
