    Coconut Oil is seriously AMAZING!! I am sure you all already know this, but I just wanted to reaffirm this in all of your minds with a video!

    I rarely use it, tastes too much like coconut, not a must flavor in many of my dishes. I also seem to have a rather explosive digestion with refined coconut stuff like coconut milk ... I think i can live without ...

    Love the stuff. My favorite is the smell it gives when I season my cast iron pans with it.

    Have not tried it as a moisturizer yet, but might just start doing that soon.

    I love it for frying eggs and fish. It's regular use seems to have spiked my LDL, not that it worries me, but I need to look healthy to the system so I've replaced with homemade tallow for now.

    I love it if I need cooking fat for eggs, fish, pork or chicken - and I always lick the spoon, lol. But there are so many yummy flavors and excellent nutrients in the plant and animal world that I try to switch it up as much as I can.

    I like to use the strongly flavored coconut oil in place of butter on things, such as vegetables, as like a butter substitute. It has a nice flavor.
