Hey All,
My name is Trish and this is my second foray into the primal world. The first time I tried it out was a few months ago and I really liked it. It changed a LOT of my eating habits and exercise ones too. Unfortunately, summer happened, and I ended up going out a lot with friends, and it basically all went to heck and a handbasket I'm trying it again because I always felt so good during it, I had more energy, and not to mention it helped with my weight! I've always carried an extra 5-15lbs or so and now that I'm on the higher end of that it def. makes me want to get started asap! I'm hoping that posting my progress and reading others' will help encourage me to keep this up
