Wasn't very active today on the forums, sorry. Okay, no I'm not. The girl was here - spent the day with her. It's 11PM now, so I'll just post the usual and fill in the rest (and reply on forums tomorrow.
TRAINING - OHP DAY
LYING LEG RAISE
- Bench -to be completed tomorrow; the guy I was working in sets with was kinda slow and I wasn't feeling it. Will complete tomorrow along with some dips, maybe pull ups or something.
PWO Protein ice cream.
Two frozen bananas, 1 scoop protein, 1 tbsp cocoa, lotsa ice cubes. Consistency = ice creamy goodness.
Spider with my girlfriend. First thing we had when she came in.
Bacon and eggs

Three pieces of bacon, two eggs. Girlfriend had sushi.
Roast Pork Belly (1oz)
Dinner of the parents. They let us try a mouthful each... Was delicious. LOVED IT
Salmon and kumara wedges.
Girlfriend had bacon wedges. Even though wedges were the main of her meal and just a side of mine, I had more. Had to scarf it down as she finished so we could get our show on.
Berry flavoured. She loves this.
Total kcal: 2568kcal
Under-ate today by just about 80-90kcal. Will make up for it tomorrow.
