Poverty meal of peace. Four fried eggs, four pieces of bacon, two potatoes and asparagus.
    *.* I'm missing a meal like this one : 3

Made with milk, new protein power (same brand, but apparently has two less carbs and tastes nicer) and two frozen bananas. Best shake yet besides the date one.
WHY CAN'T I GODDAMN GET PROTEIN POWDER? ......... HOW CAN I PERSUADE MY PARENTS OMG OMG OMG.............
I would have 10 shakes like yours. I would fill my bath with it. I Would make myself a swimming pool in garden and drown in this *.*

Thing is, we won't be able to do anything. She'll be exhausted from work and hungry, but unable to eat or cook anything because her aunt's a bitch and will complain about noise (long story).

So... yeah. Not sure how things are gonna go.
I keep my fingers crossed for you : 3 You will find something interesting and not exhausting to do - I'm sure ! : )

Good luck & have a nice day!

Nomz. If I ever get my hands on protein powder I will slam this stuff down.

I dunno, man. You'll think of something. You *could* make her some food beforehand, I guess? I'm not sure. Is she not allowed round yours?

    TRAINING - DEADLIFT DAY

    DEADLIFT
    5x65/75/85
    Inverse grip
    5x95
    105x5

    SQUAT
    10x50
    5x55
    60x5/5/5-perfect form
    Notes:
    • Gonna finish this off later, after 4pm. Throw in some accessory, probably more squats and core work. Pressed for time as the girl's on her way, and I'd rather have the energy to spend the day with my friends than fatigue myself.
    • REALLY happy with the squats, though. Perfect form/10, though I'll admit I stumbled on the last rep of set 1, that was just a stupid movement of the foot; otherwise I had a straight back, went just below parallel and knees/toes were in the right place ... So yeah, when I sai "probably more squats" this evening, I meant "definitely

Hah, even though you claim to be an actual caveman cook, your eats always turn out pretty sophisticated and delicious...so it seems minimal time + effort = delicious food?! Dude, win.
She loves cooking; the prep, ingredients, the process - everything. Her butter chicken was amazing. Certainly better than any take-away place.

Pic of it from ages ago. Huh. We weren't dating at this point, lol.

Nah, I just think simple things taste nicer. Fried eggs on potatoes? Does it fit my macros? Yes. Is it delicious? FFyes. Does it take less than fifteen minutes to make? Yes. Done.

Unless I want nachos. Then I turn into a gourmet chef. Nachos <3

    Oh, hello everyone.

Here's my update - prepare for pic bomb :P - oh, and by the way, I'm nineteen now!

I'll keep the writing short but sweet because I'm going out real soon, but the jist of it:
    Saturday
Saturday was nice. As I last posted, went out with my girlfriend and best friends to grab some Kiwiyo and get given prezzies, which were:
    • Lots of Thomas the Tank Engine stuff (joke, based on my name - easy enough to decipher, now)
    • Batman suit and undies (because freaking Batman)
    • Molasses liquorices
    • Two awesome note things
    • A beer

    s1ZDpix.jpg
    hTdUAB4.jpg
    5LyDKMG.jpg
^^FFyea. My friends know me too well. ^_^

Oh, and Red Velvet Kiwiyo was in stock! I love that stuff!
    luKZdyb.jpg

Afterwards we chilled, went to Laser-tag but it was full, went bowling, but it was full, went to play pool but it was bloody full so we settled for a coffee at the Plant Barn.
Then I was dropped off at home where my girlfriend went to work and I ate dinner (wedges and dip) and a proteiny dessert shake thing. Then she picked me up at 11 and I stayed at hers for a bit.
... Yes, a bit. Was going to stay the night, but her aunt/uncle were drunk and loud with friends, so I left. Eventually called my Dad and he gave me a ride hone, collapsed into bed.

    Sunday

Woke up to 20+ texts from the girl worry about me... She apparently was asleep when I said I was going out and so had no idea where I was. I did my best to make it up to her. Made us both breakfast:
    vaKyLA8.jpg
^That's her breakfast. A bacon omelette with sliced banana/strawberry lightly dusted in powdered sugar and a cup of tea. Only managed to snap that pic - but I had 3 x eggs/bacon/potato along with fried asparagus and a protein shake.

We spent the whole day in bed - both exhausted, her moreso than me. She fortunately forgave me, then we parted ways and she wished me a happy "last 18th" day.
Dark chocolate and coffee, running through my veins...

In terms of nutrition? Hit all my macros and calories for the week. Here are some noms:

Cottage cheese w/frozen banana/blueberries, honey and cinammon
    cYDct3B.jpg
Eaten Saturday after I was dropped off.

    Potatoes, eggs, bacon and asparagus
    WlwqjPL.jpg
In regards to previous post - oops, found I did take a pic! Ah, well, hers looked nicer, anyway. Served with almond milk/whey shake.

Chicken with wedges and yoghurt dip and chilli sauce
    TkH2YnA.jpg
This was legit. This new Yoghurt, clear waters, has the consistency of sour cream with a higher protein amount and better taste, nom.

    Vanilla Milkshake
    4OYcwnn.jpg
1 scoop whey, two frozen bananas and whole milk. What does it make with a few ice cubes and a new blender? A thick shake of awesomeness, topped with cinnamon, for more awesomeness.
Parents have been into making shakes lately so they bought a new, far more effective blender. I think I'll have these more often - it was amazing.

    14/10/2013
    My birthday!

Had Practicum today. It was great... Yes, that is a short summary, but I'll add more when I have more time. I suppose I can say the kids really liked me as they missed me over the break, and that I'm starting up my lesson plans soon

    NUTRITION - Incomplete

    Protein shake and a coffee
    PCKrso5.jpg
Two scoops whey, 300ml whole milk, gelatin and coconut oil.

    Chicken sushi
    (No pic, at school)
Medium grain rice is amazing. Honestly. Holy, freaking, crap. Stickier, goopier, best consistency ever. Never making sushi with any other kind. Hell, this would make a great rice pudding.
Chicken was leftover from last night.

    Butter in coffee
    (No pic)
Oh yeah, forgot about this. Found a little pack of 9g butter in my bag, tossed it in my coffee. Nom.

    Current Macros
    P: 161g
    F: 31g
    C: 100g
    Total kcal 1342kcal
    Estimated kcal - OVER 90000000!

Anyway, hope everyone has a great night! I'll try and post up eats for tonight, but no promises.

ebrady and Adrian - I'll reply to you ASAP, just been busy of late. ...if you want to talk to an old man, that is. :P

    My birthday dinner was amazing.

At an all you can eat buffet. With my family (Mum, Dad, two younger sisters), closed family friends (Mum's best friend/my "auntie" and her husband, two kids who I've known their whole lives) and my girlfriend. It was brilliant. Best birthday night ever.

    Promised (kinda) noms:

    Dinner
    wSJP6j3h.jpg
Giant steak torn straight off the grill with a delicious line of fat running through it, two mussels garnished in sweet chilli, three shrimp, roast pumpkin and some beetroot. Because goddamn beetroot.

    Dessert(s)
Sundae with chocolate coated marshmallows, sprinkles and pineapple on top with whipped cream
    trKDrpc.jpg
    Sundae with chocolate coated marshmallows
    kniyF4H.jpg
Sundae with chocolate covered marshmallows on fruit
    3ivzX1rh.jpg

So, uh, yeah: Macros? Over 9000 xD Craps given? Not a single one. How should I say this? YOT19O? Meh, whatever.

My sisters and girlfriend "bonded" over this amazing piece of art made from the cup of water, crackers and some other stuff:
    QENNfuF.jpg
When the waiter came on by to pick it up... Oh my God, look on his face: Lost. My. Shit.

Anyway, hope everyone has an amazing night! And I'll reply to all those I need to ASAP. Sweet dreams!

    Salmon on Gluten-free pasta
    G19mizT.jpg
Yes, pasta. Do I like pasta? Not really. Was this Primal? Not really (though, it was just made with rice flour, ice, pretty much just white rice in funny shapes... just not the nice consistency and more expensive), so why did I eat it?
It's Wednesday tomorrow and the girl's coming for dinner, and adores spaghetti, so we're having GF spaghetti bolognaise, so I sampled some pasta to see if it was okay to eat - a lot of GF products are plain vile. This one was just plain plain. So... meh, it'll do.'
The salmon was delicious, though. And there were veggies in it, because I'm a healthy mofo. (Yes, that it is also an entire 250g of pasta, because I hate to half-arse things )

Dude. You have no idea. The shrimp was like, crunchy proteiny chips of foodgasmic proportion, the mussels I could feel were instantaneously fueling my muscles (jokes were made, I assure you, not a single pun was spared) and that steak... my God that steak!
Have you ever tried pork belly? That gelatinous cut of juicy delicious fat running through it? That was in my steak. It was, in the words of my girlfriend, amazeballs.

Well, first off, I think it's great your parents are coming around about the protein powder. It really is quite cheap per serving of protein in the long run over meat, and could help your budget.

In terms of the powder... I hope you made a typo... if not, that is the worst protein powder I have ever seen in my life. 100g = 26g of protein?! WHAT? That's, like, chicken breast or pork loin macros, not powder! You'd expect that from 30g or one scoop of protein, but for 100g? That's a crazy price, I'd recommend another brand.
    ...Unless it was a typo

Any normal day: "Does this food fit my macros?"

Birthday/Christmas "What in dafuq is a macro?"

Managed to snap some pics in the locker room - terrible quality, I know, but I'm gonna put them here to compare with past pictures.
