    oligofructose

    Primal Fuel
I was looking at a colleague's Alpen light Bar the other day and noticed that it was 30% oligofructose....now if my science is right that's a chain of less than ten fructose molecules joined together. I think the idea is that because it's indigestible except by gut bacteria that it is low calorie. What's the opinion of the venerable and well-read illuminati on MDA forums?
