    But it is toxic nasty food. I assumed the fat content played a part, given that it looked dehydrated, but I assumed the bun would at least show signs of age. calcium propionate and sodium propionate keep it looking new, I guess.

    Well, the heat from cooking it at those temperatures sterilized it. That, and the small size.

    i kept a mcd burger once the ex had left. i kept it out on the counter for 18 months before i got bored and threw it away. it made it thru 2 auckland summers. no mould anywhere to be seen. not on the bun or the lettuce even. i reckon i could have spritzed it with some water and nuked it and he wouldnt have noticed lol euww!!!!!!!
