    Here, Singapore rice noodles with chilli ... and dried mealworms.

    ... more than an experience. Much enjoyed.

    I'll definitely eat more of these. I should hope so, I have a big bag of 'em. In many ways, I see these as a nice crunch over pretty much any meal, much like sprinkling some seeds over.

    I'm still not that into eating bugs, but these are very much a good introduction. Much akin to prawns, in many ways. I'm not averse to the idea of trying other bugs, more that I think I won't enjoy them, that I won't like the flavour.

    When faced with the unknown ... jump in! Answer your own questions. I'll be trying more ...

    Cocoons taste like hardboiled egg yolks. You might like that?
    HCLF: lean red meat, eggs, low-fat dairy, bone broth/gelatin, fruits, seafood, liver, small amount of starch (oatmeal, white rice, potatoes, carrots), small amount of saturated fat (butter/ghee/coconut/dark chocolate/cheese).
