To be honest, niacinamide is just one of those things I read about in some of the Peat threads that sounded like a good idea. It's supposed to help reduce cholesterol & inflammation, I think. It's basically Vitamin B3. I don't feel any different taking it, but if my total cholesterol is significantly lower the next time I get it checked (it's been on the high side of "healthy" ranges for the past couple of years), I will say it is a success.

I've never stopped, consistently for almost 5 months now. I've been a 'fat burning beast' for most of that time.

Grey cat, that's good and wise if its not broken don't fix it, the most thing I liked about Peat is the fact I was so relaxed and happy, AND it made me want to go EXERCISE again, I loved my walk/sprint session when I started Peat, and was more than happy to have my cottage cheese with maple syrup or juice post workout.

I think that Peat recommends 2,5 gram of aspirin per day, so I wonder if my stomach would get into trouble by doing that much over a longer period? Lately I have been experimenting by taking a gram of powdered aspirin before workout, and it appears that I get more energy by doing that. Also recuperation seems to improve...

I always try to take it with food, even if it is just a bit of coconut milk or milk.
