I just had this for lunch
-homemade chicken soup (plenty of collagen in it! also blended onions, celery, and carrots)
-3 medjool dates
I know the chicken is not okay by Peat standards. I feel full and have more energy than I usually do in the afternoon, but it's also kind of TOO MUCH energy and I feel hella anxious. =\ dislike. Why would fruit make me feel anxious?
I ate the fruit with the soup because I read something by Peat about proteins & fruits together to avoid hypoglycemia, which I am prone to.
