How primal am I in the Gym bro?

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
So, I recently got a membership at my local fitness center and I decided to go whack.

Basically I have been going 3-4 times a week for like 2-3 hours at a time.

Here's where i'm currently at as far as strength bro.

I do 170 on the leg pushy thingy that works the hamstring muscles, where you sit down and push it forward, you know?

For the ass I am doing 60 on each side on the glute mechanoid. Needless to say my ass is getting tighter (yes I am a man!).

Curls I am doing 110 for the bicep.

Now the friggin tricep is the tricky itchy trigger winger bro. I am doing three different exercises for these bitches.

The first is up down, the second is pull down, the third is up down at a DIFFERENT angle than the other up down.

I do 160 on the lat pull down.

I do 130 for the calf muscles, up down, up down.

I'm doing about 200 on the trap shrug machine.

150 on the chest press and 160 on the butterfly chest machine.

    120 on the row machine.

125 on the ab forward crunch

    130 on the obliques

and I do sets of declined sit ups with a 25 pound plate attached to my chest.

For a cool down I hop on the elliptical for 10-15 minutes with the cardio in the target zone mostly, but then slowly get closer to normal heart rate at the end.

So how Primal am I in my fitness so far bro?

Bro, the chest press is weights, true weights targeting the true muscle bro. I am lifting all 150 pounds of it bro, I swear on my primal ancestors.

Don't forget to shave your legs, wear a shirt with the sides almost completely cut out so people can see your massively cut 150lb frame, drop weights to get attention, moan and groan during every rep, wear headphones and bop your head around like you're really into it, wear wrist straps even when you're lifting small weights - it makes you look hardcore, bench with your buddies and shrug the weight up while they're pressing it while going "all you bro", curl in the squat rack, half squat in the Smith machine, hit your core and abs, lift your shirt after doing abs in a crowded area while flexing and looking in the mirror, and get a tribal tattoo on your shredded 14" arms. Don't forget to start hitting the juice when your bench hits 200lb and your quarter squat 300lb - you'll be at your natural limits.

    That'll do it, brah.
