    So I was a vegetarian for a few years, and a vegan for a couple (stopped that shit due to low libido, menstruating and shit). I am a man by the way.

    I gradually started adding animal products back into the belly zone.

    Started with eggs, yogurt, cheese, etc. Then included fish, now I have upped the ante to chicken too!

    So here's my question. HOW PRIMAL AM I BRO?

    Diet as of right now:

    Boneless chicken breasts 3-4 times a week.

    Sardines 3-4 times a week.

    Eggs-3-5 a day. Sometimes in a lovely scrambled cheese souffle.

    Greek yogurt 4-5 times a week.

    Berries a few times a week (whatever's on sale bro).

    Cottage cheese a few times a week.

    Bananas 2-3 a day. Avacados-4-5 a week.

    Kale-5 days a week at least.

    Broccoli-4-5 days a week.

    Skim milk, one glass 3-6 times a week.

    Friggin cheese, friggin dark chocolate, friggin cashews (this basically means I eat a bit of it here and there).

    Cottage friggin cheese before bed (because the casein is slow digesting bro).

    Drink nothing but water and Rhoobias tea.

    So how primal and sissonistic am I so far?

    On another note, i'm friggin totally serious!

    No liver? No kidneys? No heart? No fatty chunks of bone in meat? No raw flesh? No bone broth? No exercise?

    Your rating is baby primal or primal on training wheels. Keep pedaling and one day maybe you can sit at the big boy table. Loose the fat fear and open yourself up to eating from head to tail. Hell if your gonna go and kill an animal at least have the decency to eat all of it

    Whoa bro, I created a separate thread in the primal blueprint fitness for my exercise regimen bro.

    Explain the need for the skin? Explain the need for the bone? Hey, they don't sell entire free range chickens here bro.
